On this first of April, 2026, we officially launched ACTHYVE, a EU-funded initiative under call HORIZON-CL4-INDUSTRY-2025-01-HUMAN-64 - Pilot initiatives on Technology Infrastructures.

Uniting
leading RTOs (CEA,
AIT, Fraunhofer
IWES and
ICT,
TECNALIA,
TNO,
VTT), companies (SNAM,
Sustainable Energy,
PNO), and associations (Hydrogen Europe,
Hydrogen Europe Research,
CO2 Value Europe) across 8 countries, we will contribute to accelerate hydrogen innovation, de-risk hydrogen technologies and fast-track their deployment to strengthen Europe’s industrial competitiveness and clean energy transition, thanks to technologies infrastructures (TIs).
🔎 What we’ll do: • Map existing TIs and industry needs to identify gaps • Build a Strategic Roadmap 2035 with clear investment priorities for TIs • Define concrete pathways for implementation, governance & business models
🌐 Key outcomes: • A digital platform to improve access & visibility of hydrogen technology infrastructures • A high-level White Paper with strategy, policy tools & recommendations
🤝 With the support of major European associations and a strong network of stakeholders, ACTHYVE will help unlock collaboration, cross-border services, and innovation across the hydrogen ecosystem.
